Description: In partnership with The Ravitz Foundation, HFL provides these loans to qualifying Jewish organizations and synagogues across the State of Michigan to pay for capital projects, capacity building, programming and other operating expenses.
Maximum Loan Amount Available: $100,000
Co-Signer requirements:
- For loans up to $50,000, 3 co-signers are required (at least 1 must be a board member)
- For loans above $50,000, 4 co-signers are required (at least 2 must be board members)
